Meet Dr. Wasserman

Providing dental care has been such a rewarding experience. I truly enjoy working each day knowing I am making a difference with my patients. I’ve heard countless times “I hate going to the dentist.” With the training I’ve received, I’ve been able to help several patients overcome their anxiety associated with the dental treatment.

My training focused on patients with special needs, including those with medical, physical, psychological, or social situations that require extra care and modifications to their dental treatment. Gaining the trust of my patient’s is one of my top priorities. Trusting me allows me to help improve my patient’s oral health and keep them smiling.

I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Zoology at The Ohio State University in 2013. I continued my education at The Ohio State University and proudly earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017. After dental school, I moved across the country to Portland, where I completed a one-year general practice residency program at Oregon Health and Science University. I fell in love with the state of Oregon, and moved to Bend after my residency.

When I’m not in the office, I am exploring the outdoors with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Rowen. You can almost always find us at the dog park, swimming in the local creeks or on a hiking trail in the Cascades. Being healthy is a big part of my life and I love to experiment in the kitchen.

I am excited to join the Bend community. I’ve been involved in several volunteer programs in the past, and I plan to give back to the community that has been so welcoming to me thus far.
